The following terms are shown in the context of the Incident Reporting feature:

• Action - A disciplinary measure that is taken in response to an incident involving a student.
• Disposition - A measure that is taken after a suspended student returns to school to assist in his/her re-entry.
• Incident - An event, such as a fight or theft, occurring at school, and requiring disciplinary action. Incidents may occur that involve students not attending the school.
• Perpetrator - The individual who instigated an incident.
• Witness - Person recorded as witnessing the incident.
• Victim - Person to whom the incident happened.
