The function of eSIS Incident Reporting is to track school incidents, from the initial offense to the final disposition.
The Incident Reporting feature records all applicable information about the incident including: details surrounding the incident; all perpetrators, victims, and witnesses; all disciplinary action taken; any legal action taken; investigative action; parental/guardian contact; suspension letters.
An incident can be reported as either a school or a student incident. However, be aware that student incidents do not appear on the School Incident List. The access to the functions to add or change student incidents is different than that for school incidents.
